This 1-day program is intended for key Delaware County public and private community leaders who would be responsible for the rapid recovery and sustainability of a community from a terror event. The lessons learned from the program can be applied to all types of disasters. This educational program focuses on learning and preparing for a faster recovery from an event. The programs objectives are:
- Understand terror threats – Global and Domestic
- Develop and improve urban readiness and resilience to terror events.
